To God Be All The Glory!

Some things really happen in an ‘all-of-a-sudden’ manner.

Just a couple of days ago, I was planning of our get together with my service mates during high school. So, I was kind of worried because one of them was, well, yeah, part of my past. So, at first, I was so excited to plan and meet them. I even invited them to come over our house during a Sunday. It was finally one Friday night, an unexpected night, when my service mate told me that they (she and yeah) are outside our house. So, of course, mega palpitations at first, but then, I managed to control my feelings and eventually felt normal.

The highlight was, I was expecting for a nervous feeling upon seeing him, but instead, I FELT NOTHING. Of course, I was feeling strange, Hindi ako sanay na wala akong feelings kapag andyan na sya e. But then, at the back of my mind, I was thankful that I wasn’t that affected anymore, unlike before. I could not even imagine that I would be able to talk to him in a normal but nice way- as if I wasn’t hurt before.

Probably, I was thinking that I would still cry and be affected for a long time. But ALL OF A SUDDEN, the feeling was gone. Yes, I think with full honesty that it is gone. I have finally let go of him and moved on from the hurt. But that doesn’t mean that I am ready for something new to come. Carry lang.

As of now, I am happy. He has been happy for so long and I have decided to grab the opportunity, finally to be happy finally. I am just waiting for the swimming to come into reality now. Let’s see if I would still feel the same way J Thank You!

Wait, speaking of all of a sudden things, my lolo, whom we have just visited last Tuesday, was admitted to the hospital last Wednesday for some infections. He was so so well last time, and ALL OF A SUDDEN, he became weak. So, what I did was, I stayed with him in the hospital last Thursday up to Friday. Together with Tita Lina, my cousins Michelle and Kuya Jayson, we stayed there whole night, with no sleep, escept for Tita Lina, who had to go home. Although feeling timid the next day, I tried so hard to give the best to my lolo, and I am sure I did my best. YessJ I’m a proud apo! That was actually my first time to take care of a sick person, really. It was so fulfilling! J

Whatever the reason behind these ALL OF A SUDDEN MOMENTS, I am pretty sure that it is for a good cause not only for me, but others as well.
